Training involves deliberately steering discussion towards using all local resources before reaching for external inputs as a means of reducing global impacts while also reducing farm business or landscape management costs.
Also a facilitator for expert presenters such as Dr Elaine Ingham, Soil Foodweb Institute who has provided the confidence that microbes as an army of willing workers can significantly influence a positive future for this planet and all of its inhabitants.
