Cecilia works as a translator, eco-illustrator, Permaculture teacher and columnist, and lives part of each year in Japan where she runs workshops on Permaculture Slow Life.

For six years she ran her own teaching business in Japan and during that time was coordinator the Tokyo branch of JEE ( Japan Environment Exchange)

Cecilia visited eco-villages and intentional communities around the world and now runs a creative life share house for international ladies.
